Professional & Reliable Class 2 Driver

Due to recent fleet expansion Keep It Cool Ltd are recruiting 2 x HGV, Class 2 drivers.

The right candidate will be driving our full range of vehicles, 26t, 18t, 12t, 7.5t and 3.5t.

Experience of driving manual transmission vehicles is preferrable.

We have TWO shifts on offer:

Monday, Tuesday, Thursday & Friday.

Friday, Saturday, Sunday, Monday.

We also provide 0-hour contracts for one, two or three shifts a week.

Some jobs are urgent and last minute, so you’ll need to be able to respond at short notice and be available for urgent work.

Occasional nights out will arise, once a week on average. £30 per night out. (Hotel will be provided).

The contracts are salary contracts to £30,250 for 40 hours with overtime rate at £15.25 per hour.

23 Days Annual Leave per year (January – December)

The suitable candidate will be adaptable and capable of working independently. They must be reliable, hardworking, able to work alone as well as part of a team, and always be polite and professional.

In return, we are very accommodating with working patterns and time off, etc.

Recent experience of driving Class 2 vehicles is a must as is a current CPC card/ qualification. Must be fully conversant with EU Driving regs and WTD. Tail-lift experience is beneficial.

Candidates must reside within 45 minutes of Euroway Trading Estate, M606.

Full guidance, support and training will be given throughout employment.
