Duties

• Perform comprehensive residential cleaning tasks, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and surface sanitization to ensure homes are immaculate
• Handle specialized cleaning services such as carpet cleaning, floor care, and sanitation procedures to meet client expectations
• Manage laundry and linen services efficiently, ensuring proper handling and timely completion
• Provide excellent customer service by communicating clearly with clients, addressing their specific needs, and ensuring satisfaction
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness and safety by following proper janitorial and custodial protocols
• Use appropriate cleaning tools and eco-friendly products to achieve optimal results while respecting client preferences
• Document completed work and report any issues or concerns promptly to ensure quality control
• Clean residential homes and Airbnb / short-term rentals
• Keep cleaning supplies organized before and after shifts
• Clean kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, and living areas
• Wash dishes, make beds, and complete laundry when requested
• Clean baseboards, blinds, shutters, cobwebs, and floors
• Refill soaps and restock household items when needed
• Work with a partner to complete homes efficiently

Qualifications

• Proven experience in residential cleaning or janitorial roles; hotel housekeeping or commercial cleaning experience is a plus
• Familiarity with floor care techniques, carpet cleaning, sanitation practices, and laundry procedures
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively and professionally
• Knowledge of various cleaning products and equipment, including eco-friendly options
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while managing your schedule efficiently
• Previous experience in hospitality or custodial management is advantageous but not required
• A proactive attitude with attention to detail and a commitment to delivering outstanding results

Pay: $30.00 - $40.00 per hour
