Description: A warm family based in San Francisco is seeking a professional ROTA nanny to join their team in a long-term role supporting their 2-year-old and 7-month-old children across two households. The family has already successfully hired one ROTA nanny through our agency and is now looking for the second half of the team—someone collaborative, adaptable, and confident in dynamic household environments.

This position follows a 2 weeks on / 2 weeks off ROTA schedule. During on-duty rotations, the nanny will provide full childcare coverage, including mornings, evenings, routines, outings, travel support, and developmental engagement. Also providing some household management tasks like grocery shopping and meal prep. While on rotation, there will be downtime and breaks built into the schedule as appropriate.

The family travels both domestically and internationally and is looking for someone comfortable navigating dynamic schedules, discretion, and the realities of modern co-parenting between households. The ideal candidate is emotionally mature, highly organized, calm under pressure, and able to work respectfully alongside parents and the other ROTA nanny.

Compensation starts at $110,000+ annually, depending on experience, with additional benefits provided.

Please note: the family is currently in transition awaiting their long-term home purchase, so the beginning of this role will involve tighter living quarters. The incoming ROTA nanny will share a room with the other ROTA nanny while on duty. The bathroom will primarily be designated for nanny use, though it may occasionally be shared with guests during visits.

The family understands this arrangement is temporary and is looking for candidates who can approach the transition period with flexibility and professionalism. The ideal candidate has prior ROTA, travel, or private home experience—or, under the right circumstances, is looking to establish themselves in the ROTA nanny space with a strong foundation in professional childcare.

Candidates should be passport-ready, confident managing routines independently, and value communication, teamwork, and consistency in care.

Pay: $100,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
