We are a prominent auto-vehicle spare parts selling company with over a decade of success in the United States. As we expand our operations in Lahore, we are looking for dynamic and experienced Sales Agents to join our team and contribute to the growth of our business. Role Description:

• Position: Sales Agent (CRM & Sales)
• Type: Full-Time (On-site – Gulberg, Lahore)
• Salary: Market Competitive
• Commission: 3%–5% performance-based
• Shift: Night Shift (7 PM – 3:30 AM PKT)
• Probation: 2 months

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Identify customer needs and deliver tailored sales presentations.
• Negotiate contracts and close sales to meet or exceed targets.
• Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities.
• Conduct market analysis and contribute to sales strategies aimed at expanding the company’s client base.
• Collaborate with the CRM team to ensure seamless client communication and retention.

Qualifications:

• Strong client relationship management, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Excellent sales and presentation abilities with the capacity to articulate product benefits effectively.
• Knowledge of market analysis and business strategy development.
• Problem-solving mindset with a focus on results and goal achievement.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, independent work environment while meeting sales targets.
• Preferred: Experience in sales, and familiarity with CRM systems.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is required.
