Job Description

Provide window cleaning and pressure washing service to residential and commercial customers in the Twin Cities Metro and surrounding suburbs. This includes the use of water fed pole systems and 4 ft, 6 ft, and 24 ft ladders.

Experience

We prefer prior window cleaning experience, however we would happily train the right individual(s). Experience servicing storm and combination windows, ability to safely use a 24 ft ladder and owning your own truck are a huge plus, but not required for consideration.

Must have a track record of working well with customers, other window cleaners/co-workers, and building new relationships.

An Ideal Candidate Would:

- Pass a background check

- Have a valid driver's license and own a personal vehicle

- Be excited to improve skill and knowledge of window cleaning in residential homes and commercial properties

- Be able to grasp the full scope of each project and efficiently complete it while delegating tasks to crew (if applicable)

- Be capable of staying on task when working unsupervised

- Be able to take initiative in building lasting relationships

- Be punctual, presentable and clean shaven, have a positive attitude

- Display willingness and ability to adapt to changing circumstances and help fellow employees/subcontractors

- Possess a desire to grow with the company

- Be capable of and willing to learn how to bid jobs, do basic sales

Compensation

We understand the value of individuals that share our vision and want to compensate our team members better than other window cleaning companies. Our pay rates are both hourly and commission based, and depend on your level of experience, attitude, and whether you own your own equipment or vehicle size. We also offer bonus commission based incentives for helping us grow the company.
