Key Responsibilities

• Teach and mentor medical students, residents, and clinical fellows.
• Deliver patient care across all age groups holistically.
• Design, develop, and implement family medicine curriculum effectively.
• Conduct and publish research in peer-reviewed medical journals.
• Supervise clinical rotations and evaluate student competency regularly.
• Serve on academic committees and contribute to institutional governance.
• Maintain ethical clinical documentation and comply with medical regulations.
• Stay current with evidence-based practices and medical advancements.

Skill & Experience

• Board-certified MD or DO in Family Medicine specialty.
• Strong clinical expertise in diagnosis, prevention, and chronic care.
• Excellent teaching, mentoring, and medical communication skills.
• Proven research, grant writing, and academic publication experience.
• Proficiency in electronic health records and clinical documentation systems.
• Leadership, interpersonal skills, and commitment to continuous professional development.
