Job description

Job Title: professor mass communication

Job Summary: Professor Mass Communication will educate students on mass media and communication principles, develop and teach curriculum, advise students, and often conduct research in their field. Their duties also involve staying current with industry trends, grading student work, mentoring, and participating in departmental committees.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide strategic leadership and vision for the department.
  • Design and deliver lectures: Deliver courses on various aspects of mass media, including television, radio, print, and digital media.
  • Create course materials: Develop and update syllabi, course content, and teaching materials.
  • Conduct seminars and workshops: Lead interactive sessions to deepen student understanding
  • Oversee curriculum development and ensure alignment with industry trends.
  • Promote research and innovation within the department.
  • Ensure the effective use of resources and manage departmental budget.
  • Foster partnerships with industry, government, and academic institutions.
  • Advise students and support academic advising programs.
  • Maintain high academic standards and improve the quality of teaching and learning.

Qualifications:

Ph.D. in mass communication or a related field

Strong leadership and management experience.

Proven track record in academic and research excellence.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Pay: ₹70,000.00 - ₹1,25,000.00 per month

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹75,000.00 - ₹125,000.00 per month
