Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and dedicated Program Administrator to lead and coordinate impactful programs within our organization. This role offers an exciting opportunity to manage program development, oversee daily operations, and foster strong relationships with individuals and community partners. The Program Administrator plays a critical role in ensuring patients are successfully enrolled and supported throughout the program, coordinating required documentation, facilitating telehealth visits, tracking scheduling changes, and assisting with patient care coordination needs. This individual must be highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced healthcare environment while interacting with patients who may face barriers to care.

Program Operations
· Support the day-to-day administration of the program with the clinics flow.
· Assist with workflow coordination and operational initiatives designed to improve patient access and program efficiency.
· Maintain compliance with program policies, procedures, and patient confidentiality requirements.
· Participate in team meetings and provide updates regarding patient status, scheduling, and operational needs.
Qualifications
Required
· High School Diploma or equivalent.
· Minimum of one (1) year experience working in a medical office, physician practice, infusion center, hospital, or healthcare setting.
· Experience interacting with patients and healthcare providers in a professional environment.
· Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, Outlook, and Teams.
· Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
· Excellent attention to detail and follow-through.
· Ability to work independently while collaborating with remote teams.
· Comfortable speaking with patients who may have financial, transportation, health literacy, or other barriers to care.
· Ability to thrive in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
Preferred
· Medical Assistant (MA) certification.
· Experience in care coordination, patient navigation, scheduling, registration, or healthcare administration.
· Familiarity with electronic medical records (EMR/EHR) systems.
· Experience supporting telehealth workflows.

Work Environment

Compensation
· Starting pay: $25.00 per hour
· Full-time 1099 Independent Contractor position
