The Program Administrator for the SSC provides administrative support to the *Integrative Coaching (IC) Team, including tutoring, career and accessibility services, to ensure efficient operation of the office. The coordinator supports the executive director and staff through a variety of tasks related to organization and communication of center tasks. The coordinator is responsible for handling confidential and time sensitive material. Effective job performance requires: familiarity with a variety of the institutional concepts, practices and procedures, and the ability to effectively communicate with a diverse range of stakeholders (Executive Director, Integrative Coaches, Assistant Director of Digital Support Services, Accessibility & Disability Services Director, Career Development Director and Tutoring staff) to ensure that all duties are completed accurately, and delivered in a timely manner, and with high quality and in a timely manner.

Bachelor's degree
Strong verbal and written communication and organization skills
Customer service and detail oriented
2 years of relevant experience
Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Excel, and G Suite, Canva and various social media platforms. Confidence using a range of digital platforms and tools is expected.
Basic understanding of analytical functions, data collection, and data presentation or a strong desire to learn such skills.
