JOB DESCRIPTION:

Pinao Consulting is seeking a Program Analyst (Senior) to provide senior program analysis across requirements, budgets, schedules, and documentation. This role applies analytic techniques in the evaluation of program/project objectives. Analyzes requirements, status, budget and schedules. Performs management,

technical, or business case analyses. Collects, completes, organizes and interprets data relating to aircraft acquisition and product programs. Tracks program/project status and schedules. Applies government-instituted processes for documentation, change control management and data management.

DUTIES and RESPONSIBILITIES:

Perform business case analyses and cost/schedule risk assessments; recommend mitigation actions.
Track program/project status; maintain dashboards and earned‑value oriented metrics (when available).
Apply Government documentation, change control, and data management processes.
Lead cross‑functional data collection; ensure single source of truth for reporting artifacts.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

To be considered for this position, you must minimally meet the knowledge, skills, and abilities listed below.

Skills / Qualifications:

Experience with Program management methods; data analysis; DoD acquisition documentation workflows.
Experience in Microsoft Excel (advanced), PowerPoint; SharePoint; scheduling tools (e.g., MS Project) as needed.
Demonstrated program analysis experience in government organizations.

Education:

Minimum Bachelors degree in related subject or discipline OR equivalent combination of education and work experience

Security Clearance:

Must be a U.S. Citizen and hold a Secret Clearance

Work Experience:

Minimum 10 years performing duties described in the description above

Job Type: Full-time

Location: Arlington, VA OR Wright Patterson Air Force Base, OH

Salary: $130,000 – 135,000
