Ventus is seeking a skilled Program Analyst/UUV Specialist to support an innovative program in the Pentagon. The candidate will be supporting advanced undersea warfare systems development, integration and operations. This position offers the opportunity to lead Unmanned Undersea Vehicle (UUV) concept development, requirements development, operational testing, employment development, design oversight, and programmatic coordination with a Department of Defense customer. You will play a critical role in shaping the next generation of undersea capabilities and their employment in our rapidly evolving competition with global peers. Work Location: 100% On-Site - The Pentagon, Arlington, VA.; 20% Travel
Required Experience:

Bachelor’s Degree in engineering, oceanography or related technical field
- 10+ years of experience with undersea warfare operations, including direct UUV operational or technical involvement.
- Demonstrated understanding of UUV capabilities, challenges, and future development trajectories.

Strong working knowledge of Navy acquisition processes, Concept of Operations (CONOPS) development and systems integration.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills; high emotional intelligence

Highly proficient with Microsoft 365 or equivalent products including Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, and Teams

U.S. Citizenship with current SECRET security clearance, able to obtain TS / SCI
Desired Experience:

Previous O-4/O-5 Submariner with experience in a UUV Squadron (UUVRON)

Experience working with UUV’s at Naval Sea Systems Command (NAVSEA), Office of Naval Research (ONR), or Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency (DARPA)

Strong understanding and proficient practice of the Navy’s Planning, Programming, Budgeting and Execution (PPBE) processes

Masters Degree in Related Field
