<Responsibilities>

• Assist in organizing and implementing daily activities tailored to the developmental needs of children and youth
• Support classroom management and behavior guidance strategies to ensure a positive environment
• Help supervise children during indoor activities, outdoor play, meals, and transitions
• Maintain safety protocols by supporting first aid procedures and ensuring adherence to health guidelines
• Collaborate with lead staff to plan special events, camp sessions, or themed programs that promote creativity and teamwork
• Engage children in educational activities such as tutoring sessions, arts and crafts, sports coaching, or theater projects
• Support the development of individualized plans for children with special education needs or behavioral challenges

<Skills>

• Strong classroom management skills with the ability to foster a respectful and inclusive environment
• Knowledge of childhood development principles and early childhood education best practices
• Experience working with children in settings such as daycare, camp, babysitting, or tutoring
• Ability to implement behavior management techniques effectively
• Familiarity with first aid procedures and child safety protocols
• Excellent communication skills for working with children, parents, and team members
• Passion for working with children and supporting their growth through engaging activities such as sports coaching or theater projects
