We’re looking for a hands-on Program Associate to support the Manager in running day-to-day program operations while also leading the program’s outreach, storytelling, and digital presence. This is a hybrid role for someone who can switch between fieldwork, documentation, and creative communication with equal energy.
Responsibilities:
Program Support
- Assist the Manager with family assessments, training coordination, and follow-ups
- Maintain records, attendance, and documentation for every cohort
- Coordinate with trainers, partners, and beneficiaries on scheduling and logistics
- Help track budgets, expenses, and reporting inputs
- Marketing & Outreach
- Build and run the program’s social media presence (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok)
- Capture and edit photos, videos, and beneficiary stories from the field
- Write posts, captions, and short-form content that drive awareness and donor engagement
- Design simple creatives, flyers, and reports using Canva or similar tools
- Support fundraising campaigns, donor communications, and partner outreach
- Track engagement metrics and report on what’s working.
Requirements:
Skills and Qualification:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Social Sciences, or related field
- 1–3 years of experience in program operations, social media, content creation, or NGO communications
- Comfort with Canva, basic video editing (CapCut, Reels), and social media management
- Strong writing skills in English and Urdu
- Willingness to do fieldwork, meet families, and tell their stories with dignity
- Self-starter who can juggle operations and creative work without dropping either
