New Jersey Respiratory, Inc. (NJRA) is seeking an experienced and highly organized SNF Program Coordinator to serve as the primary liaison and support resource for all Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF)–related operations across assigned accounts. This role is essential in ensuring smooth communication, efficient scheduling, and high-quality service delivery for our respiratory therapy programs.

Essential Duties:
Account Management

Field and triage incoming requests from facility staff, respiratory therapists, and internal teams, ensuring timely and accurate resolution.

Track and follow up on outstanding issues, including complaints, escalations, and service gaps.

Maintain accurate records of all interactions, requests, and resolutions in internal systems.

Assist in monitoring account health, identifying recurring issues, and recommending process improvements.

Communicate and collaborate regularly with the VP of Sales & Business Development, General Manager, CFO and other Operational leaders to align on service priorities and operational needs.

Assist with the implementation and ongoing maintenance of contracts by ensuring all required documents are executed, compliance standards are met, and account details are accurately tracked and updated.
Scheduling and Logistics

Partner with the General Manager to plan and oversee department schedules, resource allocation, and logistical planning, ensuring seamless delivery of care and services.

Support staffing coordination by communicating changes, needs, or feedback between sites and internal scheduling teams.

Coordinate coverage for Road RTs when they take vacation or call out, ensuring continuity and minimal disruption to respiratory care services.

Coordinate, process, and schedule facility education requests.
Compliance and Record Management
- Process timesheets for all Road RTs on a bi-weekly basis and as needed.

Monitor and manage mileage and gas expenses.

Monitor and audit hours worked against job assignments.
- Ensure Respiratory Therapists are properly credentialed and fully set up for their assigned accounts by coordinating completion of credentialing requirements and establishing access to all necessary systems.

Oversee compliance with licensure and certifications, ensuring credentials are up to date and in alignment with state and federal regulations.

Review reports, trends, and feedback to make data-informed recommendations that improve efficiency and service quality.

Skills and Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree preferred.

Previous experience in healthcare coordination, account management, or respiratory services preferred.

Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills—must be comfortable interacting with both front-line staff and executive leadership.

Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities; capable of identifying trends, assessing outcomes, and recommending process enhancements.

Highly organized with the ability to prioritize multiple requests simultaneously.

Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive mindset.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, shared communication platforms, and documentation systems.
