Program Director

Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Program Director to lead our initiatives in providing high-quality services to individuals with developmental disabilities. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a passion for program development in the behavioral health sector. This role requires effective relationship management and the ability to supervise staff while ensuring compliance with administrative and budgeting processes.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of programs serving individuals with developmental disabilities.
• Develop, implement, and evaluate program initiatives to ensure they meet the needs of clients and comply with regulatory standards.
• Manage budgets effectively, ensuring resources are allocated appropriately to maximize program impact.
• Supervise and mentor staff, promoting professional development and fostering a collaborative team environment.
• Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders, including families, community organizations, and funding agencies.
• Conduct regular assessments of program effectiveness and make necessary adjustments based on feedback and outcomes.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant policies, procedures, and regulations in behavioral health services.

Experience

• Proven experience in program management within the behavioral health field or related sectors.
• Strong background in supervising staff and managing administrative functions.
• Experience with budgeting processes and financial management related to program operations.
• Familiarity with working with individuals who have developmental disabilities is highly desirable.
• Excellent relationship management skills, demonstrating the ability to work collaboratively with diverse groups of people.
• A degree in social work or a related field is preferred but not required; relevant experience will be considered equally valuable.
