Program Director

Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Program Director to lead our organization in developing and managing programs that support individuals with developmental disabilities. The ideal candidate will possess strong management and administrative skills, along with a passion for enhancing the lives of those we serve. This role requires a proactive leader who can foster relationships within the community and ensure the effective delivery of services.

Duties

• Oversee the development, implementation, and evaluation of programs aimed at supporting individuals with developmental disabilities.
• Manage daily operations, ensuring compliance with organizational policies and regulatory requirements.
• Supervise staff, providing guidance and support to enhance team performance and professional development.
• Develop and maintain relationships with community partners, stakeholders, and families to promote program visibility and collaboration.
• Prepare and manage program budgets, ensuring efficient use of resources while meeting program goals.
• Conduct regular assessments of program effectiveness, making necessary adjustments based on feedback and outcomes.
• Provide administrative support including reporting, documentation, and maintaining accurate records related to program activities.
• Collaborate with social work professionals to address behavioral health needs of participants.

Experience

• Proven management experience in a related field, preferably within social services or non-profit organizations.
• Demonstrated expertise in program development and management, particularly for individuals with developmental disabilities.
• Strong relationship management skills with the ability to engage effectively with diverse populations.
• Administrative experience including budgeting, reporting, and compliance monitoring.
• Supervising experience that includes mentoring staff and fostering a positive work environment.
