Program Engagement Manager

Program Manager – Level 3

Overview:

As a Program Manager, you will be the primary point of contact for our client's program(s), ensuring the smooth delivery of services and fostering strong relationships with key stakeholders. You'll play a pivotal role in driving program expansion and ensuring operational excellence.

Responsibilities:

· Provide exemplary management and oversight for a team of 40+ consultants, ensuring they deliver exceptional service and meet client expectations.

· Cultivate and nurture relationships with client stakeholders and our consultants and understand their evolving needs and drive program retention and growth.

· Collaborate closely with the commercial sales and recruiting teams to identify and fill open

requirements, driving the expansion of program presence within the client organization.

· Track program performance metrics, analyze trends, and implement corrective actions as necessary to ensure service excellence.

· Prepare and deliver compelling presentation materials for stakeholder meetings, effectively communicating program updates, successes, and challenges.

· Led high-volume onboarding initiatives, coordinating the end-to-end process for a large cohort of new hires; tracked onboarding status, documentation completion, compliance requirements, and training progress using centralized reporting tools to ensure timely and accurate integration into the organization.

· Managed and approved employee timesheets across multiple programs, auditing for accuracy and policy compliance, resolving discrepancies with managers and staff, and ensuring timely submission to payroll for accurate compensation processing.

· Serve as a liaison between the client and internal teams, facilitating clear and transparent communication to address client concerns and ensure alignment.

· Maintain accurate documentation for the program, including contracts, agreements, and project deliverables, ensuring all records are up-to-date and easily accessible.

· Provide monthly status reports during program reviews, highlighting key performance indicators (KPIs), growth metrics, and areas for improvement.

Education and Experience:

· Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience (e.g., recruiting, sales, marketing, or customer service).

· A minimum of 3-8 years of experience in IT staffing or consulting services is required.

· Demonstrated track record of successfully leading and managing accounts within the staffing industry, showcasing exceptional organizational skills and a results-driven approach to client satisfaction.

· Mastery of both verbal and written communication, evidenced by the ability to convey complex information clearly and concisely across diverse audiences, fostering strong relationships and driving collaboration across internal and external stakeholders.

· Possesses a sharp analytical mind coupled with sound judgment and a strategic approach to problem-solving, adept at dissecting complex issues, identifying root causes, and implementing effective solutions to drive continuous improvement and operational excellence.

· Flourishes in dynamic, fast-paced environments, thriving under pressure and consistently delivering high-quality results even when faced with tight deadlines and competing priorities, demonstrating resilience, adaptability, and a steadfast commitment to excellence.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to $120,000.00 per year
