The Program Manager – ePLC/eHBCU is responsible for planning, executing, and overseeing all aspects of PLC’s virtual instruction through the ePLC and eHBCU systems. This includes end-to-end program administration, faculty and student coordination, virtual learning technology support, and serving as the Student Mentor within the eHBCU platform for all PLC-enrolled students. This individual ensures high-quality, engaging, and accessible virtual learning experiences, driving student success and retention across all online programs.

Brand & Partner Engagement (15%)
Continuous Improvement & Reporting (10%)
TYPICAL REQUIREMENTS
• Bachelor’s degree in Education, Instructional Design, Program Management, or related field (Master’s preferred). • 3+ years of experience in program coordination or academic operations, preferably in higher education or virtual learning environments. • Experience mentoring or advising students, ideally in a higher education context. • Familiarity with learning management systems (LMS), virtual meeting platforms (Zoom, MS Teams), and student engagement tools. • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines. • Excellent communication skills (verbal, written, and virtual facilitation). • Commitment to PLC Detroit’s mission, values, and dedication to serving a diverse student population.
