Job Purpose
We are seeking a professional PMO Coordinator to establish and manage the company's project coordination and governance framework, ensuring that all projects - including R&D, operations, export, and digital transformation - are executed efficiently, aligned with strategic goals, and properly reported to senior management.
The PMO Coordinator will act as the central hub for planning, monitoring, and reporting, driving cross-departmental alignment and enabling data-driven decision making within Tinting System Company.
Project Coordination & Tracking
- Maintain a centralized project register for all ongoing company projects (R&D, Operations, Export, Analytics, Digital).
- Develop and monitor project plans, milestones, and deliverables across departments.
- Track project progress and identify risks, delays, or dependencies requiring management attention.
- Conduct weekly follow ups with project owners and summarize updates for executive review.
- Manage the company's Zoho Projects / Zoho Analytics dashboards for progress tracking.
Governance & Methodology
- Implement standardized project management methodologies and reporting templates.
- Define project approval stages, decision gates, and documentation procedures.
- Ensure project charters, objectives, and success criteria are defined before initiation.
- Support governance reviews (kick off, mid term, and closure meetings) with documented outcomes.
- Maintain compliance with internal project control policies.
Reporting & Analytics
- Prepare weekly and monthly executive dashboards summarizing project status, KPIs, risks, and resource allocation.
- Support the development of performance indicators (timelines, cost variance, completion rate).
- Collaborate with the Business Analytics Department to integrate project performance data into management reports.
- Analyze project performance and propose corrective actions or process improvements.
Cross-Departmental Coordination
- Facilitate communication and alignment between R&D, Operations, Export, and Digital teams.
- Coordinate project dependencies and clarify roles and responsibilities.
- Act as the first point of contact between departments regarding project schedules and priorities.
- Support management in prioritizing and sequencing projects based on strategic importance and capacity.
Strategic & Continuous Improvement
- Contribute to shaping the company's strategic execution and portfolio management framework.
- Recommend improvements in workflows, documentation, and project visibility.
- Identify recurring challenges across projects and propose systematic solutions.
- Participate in management meetings to present consolidated project updates and lessons learned.
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or Project Management.
- PMP or CAPM certification is a plus.
- 3-6 years of experience in project coordination, PMO, or operational excellence.
- Experience in manufacturing, chemical, or industrial sectors preferred.
- Proficiency in Zoho Projects, MS Project, or similar project management tools.
- Strong skills in Excel / Zoho Analytics and workflow automation.
- Fluency in English and Arabic (spoken and written).
- Strong communication, organization, and analytical abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain attention to detail.
- Team oriented mindset with a focus on accountability.
