The ideal candidate will act as a trusted partner to government stakeholders, guiding complex, multi‑agency initiatives from strategy through delivery. Serving as the primary customer Point of Contact, or POC.

Leading program execution across people, process, and technology.

Managing budgets, staffing, schedules, and risk.

Coordinating across the client’s departments.

Overseeing Agile adoption, governance, and reporting.

Driving data‑driven decision making and performance metrics.

Providing executive‑level briefings and recommendations.

Understanding the organizational policies and procedures for accuracy of solutions and deliverables to the client.

Demonstrating a commitment to quality and customer support.

Master’s degree in Business Administration, Public Administration, Information Technology, or a related field
-
One or more of the following certifications: PMP, PgMP, an Agile certification (PMIACP, SAFe, or CSM), or SAFe Program Consultant

Ten or more years of progressive program or project management experience

Five or more years of managing largescale federal programs in highly regulated environments

Five or more years supporting complex government programs with high stakeholder impact

Must have the ability to obtain the client’s suitability

A proficiency in utilizing MS Office products

Proven familiarity with Artificial Intelligence (AI) concepts and responsible use of AIassisted tools

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

A highly motivated selfstarter

Must be motivated and have excellent customer service skills
