Program Planning and Execution: Define program objectives, timelines, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders. Oversee the execution of projects, ensuring alignment with the program’s goals.
Resource Management: Allocate resources effectively across projects, balancing team workloads and priorities. Identify and resolve resource constraints to maintain program timelines.
Stakeholder Collaboration: Serve as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, providing regular updates on program progress. Foster collaboration between cross-functional teams to achieve program objectives.
Risk and Issue Management: Proactively identify risks and implement mitigation strategies. Resolve issues promptly to minimize impact on program deliverables.
Performance Monitoring and Reporting: Track program performance against defined metrics and objectives. Prepare and present detailed status reports to senior management and stakeholders.

Proven expertise in program and project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Proficiency in project management tools like JIRA, MS Project, or Trello.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Certification in Agile frameworks.
