This role reports directly to the Director of Global Program Management, who is based at our headquarters in Copenhagen, Denmark.

  • Liaise with colleagues across other departments such as customer operations, quality and maintenance planning to deliver excellent customer experience.
  • Lead the implementation of new programs in close collaboration with Programs Sales, customer Operations and Planning, ensuring timely and professional execution across all touchpoints.
  • Execute weekly, monthly and annual tasks as defined in the team’s annual wheel, including invoicing, account planning, reporting, and economic analysis.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date data sources for assigned programs to support decision-making and system integration.

Qualifications

We are seeking a Program Manager who identifies with the following:

  • Educational background in business, logistics, technical disciplines, or similar.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience from a customer-oriented role. Preferably from a B2B environment.
  • Experience from aviation is not required but is considered an advantage.
  • Strong proficiency in general IT systems and tools, including MS Office, and experience with ERP and PowerBi is a plus.

Skills and Attributes

  • Commercially minded with strong analytical capabilities.
  • Independent and confident in stakeholder engagement.
  • Service-oriented with outstanding communication and negotiation skills.
  • Structured, detail-oriented, and consistent in meeting deadlines.
  • Strong problem-solving ability and prioritization skills.

What We Offer

We provide a vibrant and international work environment with colleagues across the globe. You’ll experience a steep learning curve that supports both personal and professional development.
