Role Overview
We are seeking a Program Manager to join our Retail + Restaurant studio in our Mumbai office. This role focuses on for the timely, accurate, and coordinated delivery of architectural project deliverables from design development through construction.
The Program Manager will oversee multiple projects and/or parallel workstreams, ensuring alignment with project goals, schedules, quality benchmarks, and studio standards. Working under the guidance of studio leadership, this role provides day-to-day leadership, coordination, and oversight across internal teams and external consultants.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee architectural deliverables from design development through construction documentation
- Coordinate multiple projects or workstreams simultaneously, ensuring schedule and scope alignment
- Collaborate closely with design, technical, and consultant teams
- Monitor documentation quality, accuracy, and consistency across projects
- Track schedules, milestones, and dependencies; proactively identify and resolve risks
- Support studio leadership in maintaining design intent and technical excellence
- Facilitate clear communication across teams and stakeholders
- Mentor and guide team members to support efficient workflows and collaboration
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture or related field
- 10+ years of experience in retail and rollout-focused architectural projects.
- Strong understanding of design development and construction documentation processes
- Experience with retail and/or restaurant projects preferred
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills
