About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Consultant with strong analytical and communication skills, coupled with English proficiency. The ideal candidate will possess advanced skills in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel, experience in Project Management Office (PMO) support, and the ability to effectively communicate with stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
  • MS PowerPoint Development:
    • Design professional presentations, translating complex concepts into clear visuals.
    • Ensure alignment with client branding and messaging.
  • MS Excel Expertise:
    • Conduct advanced data analysis (pivot tables, macros, VLOOKUP) and financial modelling.
    • Develop tools for data-driven decision-making.
  • PMO Support:
    • Assist in PMO setup, governance, and reporting.
    • Track project milestones, risks, and documentation.
  • Client Engagement:
    • Collaborate with clients to define needs and present solutions.
    • Build long-term relationships through exceptional service.
  • Project Management:
    • Coordinate cross-functional teams to meet deadlines and deliverables.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field.
  • 3+ years in consulting, emphasizing PPT, Excel, and PMO.
  • Advanced proficiency in MS Office (PPT/Excel); PMO experience.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Certifications: PMP, CAPM, Six Sigma, or similar.
  • Knowledge of tools like MS Project, JIRA, or Power BI.
