Program Manager

About the Role

Platinum Edge is looking for an Afterschool & Weekend Program Manager to work directly with the founder to build and deliver quality youth programming. This is a hybrid role with required in-person sessions in Belcamp, MD. You'll have genuine autonomy, direct access to leadership, and the opportunity to contribute to both program design and business development.

What You'll Do

• Design and manage afterschool and weekend programs for youth
• Collaborate directly with the founder on curriculum, new program ideas, and growth strategy
• Support business development efforts including community outreach, school partnerships, and identifying new program opportunities
• Coordinate scheduling, staffing, and logistics for program sessions
• Serve as a primary point of contact for families, school partners, and community stakeholders
• Track attendance and outcomes to support program reporting and improvement

Program Areas Include

Math & ELA (individual subjects and standardized tests), Lego Robotics, Artificial Intelligence, Personal Finance, STEM Enrichment, and Leadership Development

Who We're Looking For

• A strong communicator — written, verbal, and interpersonal
• Responsible and dependable; someone who takes ownership and follows through
• A quick thinker and problem solver who stays composed under pressure
• Personable and warm — great with youth, families, and community partners
• Creative eye for business development and program growth opportunities
• Experience in education, youth development, or community programming preferred
• Must be able to travel to Belcamp, MD for in-person sessions
