Job Description :

A Program Manager – Banking & Financial Services with 8 years to 12 years of experience is responsible for managing large-scale banking transformation programs, regulatory initiatives, digital banking projects, payments modernization, and enterprise technology delivery across multiple teams and stakeholders. The role focuses on strategic execution, governance, risk management, compliance alignment, and successful delivery of business-critical banking initiatives.Responsibilities:

• Lead enterprise banking and financial services programs end-to-end.
• Manage multiple projects involving Banking, Payments, Lending, Cards, Treasury, or Regulatory systems.
• Coordinate with Business, Product, Compliance, Risk, Operations, and Technology teams.
• Drive Agile/Waterfall delivery across distributed/global teams.
• Manage program roadmap, budgets, timelines, dependencies, and risks.
• Handle stakeholder communication with senior leadership and clients.
• Support digital transformation and process optimization initiatives.
• Manage vendor coordination and third-party integrations.
