Job Description:

Key Responsibilities

• Lead overall program strategy, execution, and delivery for Oracle Fusion implementation
• Establish and manage program governance (Steering, PMO, Workstreams) and drive executive decision-making
• Ensure on-time, on-budget delivery across all streams (functional, technical, integration, data)
• Manage stakeholders, implementation partner, and Oracle ecosystem
• Ensure compliance with SAMA and other regulatory frameworks
• Drive risk, issue, and dependency management with proactive escalation
• Oversee data migration, integrations, testing, and go-live readiness
• Lead change management, user adoption, and business readiness
