Program Manager (Contract)

Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented professional to support the execution and coordination of large-scale customer feedback programs focused on emerging AI-powered experiences. This is a highly tactical, execution-focused position centered on coordinating logistics, managing scheduling at scale, and supporting day-to-day research operations. The ideal candidate thrives in fast-paced environments, is comfortable owning repeatable and coordination-heavy workflows, and brings a data-driven mindset to every task. This role requires the ability to support multiple workstreams simultaneously while maintaining a high level of accuracy, consistency, and operational discipline.
Job Responsibilities:
Support day-to-day execution of research programs, including scheduling logistics, communications, customer support, and additional operational responsibilities as needed
Coordinate and manage high-volume scheduling, ensuring alignment across multiple stakeholders, often within accelerated timelines
Support tracking and maintenance of program data and operational workflows, ensuring accuracy and consistency across ongoing activities
Create and maintain process documentation and standard operating procedures to support consistent and scalable workflows
Identify opportunities to streamline and reduce manual effort across operational processes
Build and maintain automation workflows to improve operational efficiency, optimize tools, and reduce manual coordination
Identify workflow inefficiencies and support implementation of practical improvements in partnership with program leadership
Manage and update participant lists, ensuring participants are properly onboarded and added to relevant channels and sites
Proactively manage tasks, track progress, and keep stakeholders informed across all active workstreams
Requirements:
Minimum 2 or more years of experience with scheduling and calendar coordination, including high-volume coordination across multiple stakeholders
Minimum 2 or more years of experience managing and maintaining large datasets using tools such as spreadsheet and document management platforms
Minimum 2 or more years of experience in research operations, program coordination, or similar operational roles
Demonstrated ability to coordinate interviews and manage complex calendars across multiple concurrent workstreams Proven track record of supporting structured workflows, logistics, and cross-functional coordination in an operational environment
Strong scheduling and calendar coordination skills, including the ability to manage complex, high-volume scheduling across multiple stakeholders and time zones
Proficiency in managing and maintaining large datasets with a high degree of accuracy
Experience building or supporting automation workflows to streamline operational and scheduling processes
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple tasks and workflows simultaneously
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities and high operational volume
Strong written and verbal communication skills for cross-functional stakeholder coordination
Familiarity with workflow automation tools to support process improvement initiatives

Pay Range*: $34 - $38.50 per hour
Weekly Schedule: 40 hours
Job Status: Non-Exempt
