Position Description
The Program Manager, Medical Education is responsible for coordinating and executing Medical Education programs that support adoption of the aprevo® platform.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute assigned Medical Education programs from initiation through completion
- Partner with Events to coordinate all program logistics including agendas, venues, travel, materials, and technology
- Serve as the day-to-day operational lead to ensure smooth on-site and virtual program delivery
- Coordinate surgeon faculty participation, scheduling, and preparation
- Manage faculty communications, preparation meetings, and logistical readiness
- Coordinate development, review, and distribution of approved educational materials
- Ensure content is finalized, compliant, and available in advance of program execution
- Execute programs in compliance with company policies and applicable regulations
- Maintain required documentation including attendance, agreements, and disclosures
- Complete post-program administrative and compliance activities accurately and on time
- Process speaker reimbursements in accordance with policy
- Prepare program summaries and basic metrics for internal reporting and coordinate post-program follow-up

- Sponsored Educational Initiatives at large and regional conferences (Tech Talks, Workshops, etc.)
- Targeted Educational Opportunities (aLINK visits, Peer-to-Peer programs, aprevo® Dinner Exchanges)
- Carlsmed Educational Courses (Power Forum, Target Institution Fellow and Resident Programs, Personalized Spine Surgery Fellows Course, Masterclasses)
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required
- 4–7 years of experience in medical education, program management, training coordination, or related operational roles within medical devices, life sciences, or healthcare
- Experience supporting educational programs involving healthcare professionals, including coordination of faculty, speakers, or trainers
- Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple programs and timelines simultaneously
- Working knowledge of compliance requirements related to healthcare professional education, speaker programs, and consulting engagements
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, and Operations to support program execution
- High attention to detail and ability to execute consistently in a regulated environment
- Proficiency with MS Office and common productivity tools (e.g., CRM, LMS, project tracking, and presentation tools)
- This is an office-based role with approximately 40% travel

Compensation
We are pleased to provide a competitive salary and benefits. Our benefits reflect our investment in the overall health and well-being of our employees and their families, including paying 100% of monthly healthcare, dental & vision insurance premiums, a 401(k) plan with employer matching and unlimited PTO. The expected salary range is $120,000 to $135,000 annually. Compensation may vary based on related skills, experience, and relevant key attributes.
