Redfin is now part of Rocket, bringing together the industry’s most experienced real estate agents and Rocket’s world-class loan officers under one roof to deliver a simpler, faster, and more affordable homebuying journey.

The One-Stop Shop team, responsible for increasing the percentage of buy-side transactions attached to a Rocket mortgage, is looking for a Program Manager to serve as the bridge between our real estate and mortgage sales teams. In this role, you’ll strengthen agent–loan officer partnerships and elevate our value proposition through programs, technology, and disciplined sales execution.

Reporting to the Director of One-Stop Shop, you’ll help shape one of the industry’s most ambitious integrations, defining how thousands of agents and loan officers work together to deliver an unmatched customer experience.

What You’ll Do

  • Shape and operationalize programs that match Redfin agents with the right Rocket loan officers for their needs, driving client success and business results.

  • Partner with the One-Stop Shop strategy team to develop metrics and dashboards that help leaders diagnose performance and build targeted regional growth strategies.

  • Build scalable feedback loops and serve as the voice of the field — translating agent needs into cross-functional programs and technology solutions.

  • Work with product and engineering to deliver tools that make Agent and Loan Officer collaboration easier, elevating the end-to-end client experience.

  • Partner with program, training, and enablement teams to ensure agents and leaders understand Rocket’s offerings — from onboarding through ongoing education.

  • Cascade communications across ~3,000 employees while maintaining strong two-way feedback channels with the field.

  • Keep complex workstreams on track by clarifying owners, risks, dependencies, and milestones across cross-functional partners.

  • Turn data into crisp insights that drive decisions; deliver reporting and post-mortems that highlight results, wins, and opportunities to improve.

Who You Are

  • 3+ years in program and/or project management, strategy, business operations, or field execution — ideally in a B2C environment with a large sales or field organization.

  • Field-First Mindset: You have a demonstrated ability to gather feedback from frontline teams, synthesize themes, and represent the voice of the field in cross-functional and technical discussions.

  • Excellent Written and Verbal Communication Skills: This includes experience cascading information to large, distributed audiences while maintaining effective two-way feedback loops.

  • Collaborative: You are a strong collaborator who builds credibility across teams. You’re comfortable interfacing with cross-functional partners and leaders to set requirements, drive timelines, make tradeoffs, and hold a high quality bar.

  • Ability to Operate in Ambiguity: You can prioritize competing initiatives, and drive clarity and alignment in fast-moving, evolving environments.

  • Strategic and Analytical: You’re highly analytical with sharp instincts for which metrics matter; you use data to guide decisions and field insights to fill the gaps numbers can’t explain.

Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, Massachusetts, Colorado, New York City, New Jersey, Jersey City, California, D.C. and Washington candidates only:

Base Pay Range: $94,600.00 - 141,700.00.

The position may also be eligible for an annual bonus, incentives, and other employment-related benefits including, but not limited to, medical, dental, and vision benefits, 401K retirement plan, and paid time off. More information regarding these benefits and others can be found here. The information regarding compensation and other benefits included in this paragraph is only an estimate and is subject to revision from time to time as the Company, in its sole and exclusive discretion, deems appropriate.
