Job Description for Program Manager

1. Key Responsibilities:

Managing the investment program lifecycle:

Full supervision of startup support programs, from the announcement and application phase, through evaluation and selection, to graduation.

Stakeholder Management: Ongoing coordination with investors, government institutions, and portfolio companies to ensure alignment of objectives.

Activating the network of advisors and experts: attracting and directing mentors and trainers to provide guidance support to entrepreneurs and technology makers in the portfolio.

Organizing investment events: Planning and managing pitch nights and demo days to connect startups with additional investors.

Monitoring Key Performance Indicators (KPIs): Monitoring and developing periodic reports on the performance of participating programs and companies and submitting them to the Fund's senior management.

2. Required qualifications and skills:Education:

A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or Information Technology, and a Master’s degree (MBA) is preferred.

Experience:

At least 5 to 8 years of practical experience in program management, preferably with a direct background in working with business incubators, technology accelerators, or venture capital firms.

Professional certifications (an added advantage): Obtaining certifications such as PMP or PgMP is a major competitive advantage.

Personal skills: Excellent communication skills in both Arabic and English, and a high ability to negotiate and build a strong network of relationships in the Startup Ecosystem.
