Overview
Trulife is seeking a Program Manager / Manufacturing Planner to lead customer programs and coordinate production planning activities. This role ensures on-time delivery, cost control, and quality compliance while serving as the primary liaison between customers and internal teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Take ownership of jobs after estimating release and validate scope, assumptions, and quoted lead times
- Review estimates for accuracy (labor hours, machine time, materials, outside processing) and flag risks or gaps
- Serve as the main point of contact for customer communication and updates
- Coordinate production schedules, materials, and workflow across departments
- Lead New Product Introduction (NPI) activities and cross-functional teams
- Plan and schedule outside services (heat treat, plating, NDT, etc.) and integrate them into the timeline
- Track program performance (schedule, cost, quality) and manage risks
- Provide regular status updates and drive continuous improvement
- Resolve discrepancies between estimate and actual manufacturing requirements
- Ensure compliance with quality standards and inspection requirements
Qualifications
- Experience in manufacturing, planning, or program management
- Knowledge of estimating, production processes, and cost control
- ERP/MRP experience (ProShop and Mastercam preferred)
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Detail oriented
- Experience in contract review preferred
Education & Experience
- High School Diploma or GED required
- One year experience in Aerospace manufacturing, planning, or program management required

Pay: $28.00 - $30.00 per hour
