The Program Manager is responsible for driving end-to-end delivery of a specific robotaxi project, whether it is a deployment zone, a vehicle model, a regulatory phase, or a partner-led initiative. You turn plans into real-world operations: vehicles on the road, approvals secured, infrastructure ready, and partners aligned.

Key Responsibilities:

End-to-end project delivery

  • Own planning and execution for assigned zones (Yas, Saadiyat, Reem, Masdar, etc.).
  • Manage full lifecycle from testing → pilot → commercial deployment.
  • Define project milestones, dependencies, deliverables, and acceptance criteria.

2. Cross-functional coordination

  • Coordinate daily execution across Operations, Engineering, Cloud/Infra, Vehicle Engineering, Government Affairs, Legal, Supply Chain, and Finance.
  • Lead regular sync meetings ensuring alignment, decisions, and closed loops.
  • Manage contractors, vendors, and third-party service providers.

3. Partner & OEM coordination

  • Work with AV partners on testing phases, issue lists, data loops, and release planning.
  • Coordinate with OEMs on vehicle delivery, GCC modifications, homologation, and readiness.
  • Track partner deliverables and escalate risks proactively.

4. Support regulatory approvals

  • Prepare submission materials for ITC, DMT, Police, Customs, and others.
  • Track approval timelines for testing permits, operational licenses, route approvals, and vehicle registration.
  • Work closely with Government Affairs to remove blockers.

5. Risk & issue management

• Identify program risks early and define mitigation plans.

• Track and close operational/technical issues (vehicle, connectivity, charging, cloud, safety).

• Lead deployment readiness reviews before each launch.

6. Reporting & documentation

• Produce weekly/monthly program status reports, KPIs, dashboards.

• Develop program documents: plans, workflows, acceptance reports, and postmortems.

• Participate in PMO and executive program reviews.

Requirements Must Have

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, management, IT, transportation, or related field.

• 10+ years of program/project management experience.

• Experience managing multi-team, multi-partner, cross-functional programs.

• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and execution skills.

• Ability to absorb complex technical topics quickly (AV, vehicle systems, cloud).

• Strong ownership, structured thinking, and resilience
