Position Title: Program Manager – On-site, Contractor Support
Location: On-site at Air Force Installation and Mission Support Center (AFIMSC), Ellsworth Air Force Base, SD / FMFK

Security Clearance: Minimum DOE Q or DoD Top Secret (TS) required
Valor 3 Services, LLC (Valor 3) is seeking a dedicated and mission-focused Program Manager to provide on-site leadership and personnel management support to the Air Force Installation and Mission Support Center (AFIMSC), Ellsworth Air Force Base, SD / FMFK. The Program Manager will serve as the primary liaison for contractor personnel, ensuring effective coordination of training, compliance, performance oversight, security clearance actions, and workforce well-being. This role requires strong interpersonal leadership, a firm understanding of contractor workforce administration, and the ability to communicate and enforce mission objectives in a dynamic government environment. The ideal candidate will bring proven experience in program management, personnel oversight, and collaboration with government or military organizations. Candidates must have a minimum of one (1) year of Program Management experience, and documentation of manager or supervisory training certification must be included in the resume. This position is contingent upon contract award.
