About the Role
MEK Review is seeking a detail-oriented, organized, and meticulous Programs Operations Assistant to support our academic programs and serve as an organizer to enable smooth classroom and student operations. This role requires adaptability within fast environments, tech-savviness, and quick attention and act to detail with opportunities for growth within this full-time position.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage students and classroom operations to ensure a smooth process throughout the day
- Manage Canvas platform as well as grading material for teachers
- Editing classroom videos for student use
- Sending absent emails through SalesForce to absent / missing students and attendance reports to required individuals
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Strong communication, organization, multitasking and technology skills
- Experience utilizing the Canvas platform
- SalesForce experience is a plus
- Fluency in Korean or Chinese is a plus
- Must be available (Non-Summer) Tuesday-Friday (1:00pm-8:30pm) and Saturday (9:00am-5:30pm)
- Summer hours are Monday-Friday (9:00am-5:30pm or 10:30am-6:30pm).
