Job Overview

We’re looking for a proactive, detail-oriented team player who’s ready to create meaningful experiences and keep things running smoothly. In this hybrid role, you’ll split your time between engaging participants through fun activities and outings and managing key operational responsibilities during scheduled times. Work hours are from Monday-Friday 8:30am-4pm. Some scheduling flexibility may be available to fit your needs.

Program Information

Liberty Club is a community-based program to promote continuous learning and social interaction for adults with disabilities. Program runs Monday-Thursday, year round following the Saline Schools calendar. Responsibilities

  • Process and submit Medicaid and private billing efficiently.
  • Administer, track, and submit new hire training and onboarding requirements.
  • Manage annual staff training and compliance.
  • Maintain up-to-date IPOS documentation and coordinate with support coordinators.
  • Supervise participants to ensure safety and engagement.
  • Help implement daily schedules for program activities to promote engagement and well-being.
  • Assist with event setup and cleanup to ensure smooth operations.
  • Support Liberty Club Director in creating an organized, productive, and functional work environment.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent (additional education preferred).
  • Office administration skills, including document management (copying, scanning, filing).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Google Workspace, and other relevant software systems.
  • Exceptional organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Current CPR/First Aid certification (or ability to obtain).
  • Valid Michigan chauffeur’s license with a clean driving record; subject to annual license checks.
  • Ability to maintain compliance certifications and complete required Medicaid-related training.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $18.50 per hour

Expected hours: 24 – 36 per week
