Job Overview:
GreatChild NGO is seeking a dedicated and results-oriented Program Operations Manager to oversee the planning, execution, and evaluation of its programs. The ideal candidate will play a key role in ensuring operational efficiency, program impact, and alignment with the organization’s mission to support communities and drive positive social change.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, implement, and manage NGO programs and initiatives
• Oversee day-to-day program operations and ensure timely delivery of objectives
• Monitor program performance, evaluate outcomes, and prepare reports
• Manage budgets, resources, and operational logistics
• Coordinate with stakeholders, partners, and field teams
• Ensure compliance with organizational policies and donor requirements
• Identify opportunities for program improvement and expansion

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Development Studies, Business Administration, Social Sciences, or a related field
• Proven experience in program management, preferably within an NGO or non-profit sector
• Strong organizational and project management skills
• Experience in budgeting, reporting, and stakeholder engagement
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities
• Passion for social impact and community development
