Fussbally is Denver’s fastest-growing youth soccer development program, focused on world-class technical training, small-sided play, and a culture of continuous improvement. We train over 1,000 players each year through a level-based curriculum designed to help every child grow.
We are looking for a Program Operations & Quality Coordinator who is highly organized, proactive, and passionate about helping a youth program run smoothly. This role combines administrative operations with on-field quality support. You will help ensure that our daily training sessions run at an excellent standard, that communication with families is smooth, and that the overall experience continues to improve as we grow.
This is a great role if you enjoy structure, problem-solving, being around youth sports, and taking ownership.
Important Note About This Role
Fussbally is a growing startup, and this position is built for someone who thrives in a fast-moving, high-ownership environment. This is not a traditional 9–5 administrative job. Our program operates seven days per week, and this role supports both on-field sessions and operational responsibilities that shift with the demands of the season. working 6 Days a week ( Year around) will be expected.

Key ResponsibilitiesOn-Field Quality & Program Support (30%)
- Visit training sessions weekly to observe coaching quality and program execution
- Use Fussbally’s evaluation rubric to provide internal feedback on session flow, safety, and coach performance
- Speak with parents on-site to gather feedback, address questions, and strengthen trust
- Support coaches and Program Directors with logistics, setup needs, and session consistency
- Identify operational gaps during sessions and report improvements needed
Administrative & Operations Support (70%)
- Manage scheduling updates, cancellations, make-up sessions, and location adjustments
- Respond to parent inquiries with clarity, professionalism, and warmth
- Support weekly operations meetings and ensure follow-up tasks are completed
- Monitor attendance, coach assignments, equipment needs, and training calendars
- Maintain accurate records in client management and scheduling systems
- Support small internal projects that improve operational efficiency and program quality

- Interest in soccer (playing experience not required)

Work Schedule
This role includes both office/remote administrative work and field hours.
- Administrative work: flexible daytime hours
- On-field visits: 2–4 afternoons/evenings per week depending on season
- Occasional weekend availability for events or evaluations
Compensation
- $57,000 annual base pay + Up to $8,000 in Bonus pay Year 1.
