We are seeking a dynamic and compassionate Program Specialist/Caseworker to join our team. In this vital role, you will coordinate and manage individualized support programs, build meaningful relationships with clients and their families, and ensure the effective delivery of services that foster independence and well-being. Your energy and dedication will help empower individuals with developmental disabilities to thrive in their communities. Duties

  • Develop, implement, and oversee personalized care plans tailored to each individual's needs and goals.
  • Manage program operations, including scheduling, documentation, and compliance with regulatory standards.
  • Build strong relationships with clients, families, service providers, and community partners to facilitate collaborative support.
  • Supervise staff involved in program delivery, providing guidance and oversight to ensure quality service.
  • Monitor program budgets, track expenditures, and assist with resource allocation to maximize service impact.
  • Conduct assessments of client progress and adjust plans accordingly to promote positive outcomes.
  • Provide training on behavioral health strategies, social work best practices, and management techniques to team members. Requirements
  • Proven experience in management or program development within social work or behavioral health settings.
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively with individuals with developmental disabilities.
  • Strong relationship management skills to foster trust among clients, families, staff, and community partners.
  • Prior administrative experience including documentation, reporting, and budgeting responsibilities.
  • Supervising experience in a social services or program environment is highly desirable.
  • Knowledge of program management principles and best practices in social work or behavioral health fields.

  • Requirements
  • A Master's degree, supplemented by at least 1 year of experience working directly with ID population; OR
  • A Bachelor's degree, supplemented by at least 2 years of experience working directly with ID population; OR
  • An Associate's degree or 60 credit hours , supplemented by at least 4 years of experience working directly with ID population.

  • $20.00 an hour, overtime available
