Programme Director – Cybersecurity

Role Overview:

Lead the end-to-end delivery of a large-scale cybersecurity programme for a leading Oman-based financial institution. Own programme governance, drive accountability across workstreams, manage vendors/SI partners, and report to C-suite stakeholders. Ensure delivery on time, within budget, and fully aligned with regulatory and strategic objectives.

Key Requirements:

• 15+ years in programme management, 8–10+ years in cybersecurity, GRC, or IT transformation programmes.
• Proven track record delivering multi-year, complex security programmes in financial institutions.
• Experience with governance frameworks, vendor management, and executive reporting.
• Certifications: PgMP (preferred), PMP, CISM, CRISC, CISA, or CCISO.
• Strong strategic thinking, executive presence, and stakeholder leadership skills.
