Programme Executive (1-year contract) (Ref: GMT)

• Location: Nearest MRT Bedok
• Working Hours: Mon - Fri; 8.30am - 5.30pm. Alt Sat; 8.30am - 1pm

A charitable healthcare organisation is seeking a Programme Executive to support and coordinate its programmes and services.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Plan and run outreach activities and programme sessions
• Identify programme improvements and support enhancements based on client needs
• Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to deliver programmes
• Monitor project timelines and ensure deadlines are met
• Prepare required reports and support other departmental duties
• Prepare informational materials and guide volunteers
• Manage stakeholder communication and feedback
• Plan manpower rosters and update the supervisor regularly

What We're Looking For:

• Minimum Diploma or Degree in any field
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a healthcare or community services setting
