Role Overview

The Wonder School Learning Collective (TWSLC), Pune Mundhwa, seeks a facilitator (teacher) who embodies the school’s progressive, inclusive, and hands-on educational philosophy. Applicants should be enthusiastic about alternative education, supporting neurodiverse learners, and working in a vibrant, child-centered community.​

• A collaborative approach and respect for student agency and voice.​
• The ability to build a secure, nurturing, and stimulating environment for students’ emotional, physical, and digital well-being.​
• Experience or willingness to work with children with diverse learning needs, including neurodiverse profiles.​

Job Details

• Role: Facilitator/Teacher (all subjects and specialties welcome)
• Location: The Wonder School Learning Collective, Mundhwa, Pune
• Timing: Monday to Saturday, 8 am to 4 pm​
• Curriculum focus: NIOS, Progressive, Experiential, and Personalized Learning​
• Student focus: Both neurotypical and neurodiverse learners; flexible, project-based, and inclusive

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,376.49 - ₹32,894.79 per month
