Program/Project Manager*

SierTeK Ltd. is seeking a Program/Project Manager to support a remote opportunity.

Position Overview Section

Provides overall management, direction, and integration of contract activities, serving as the primary interface with the Government. Oversees Task Management to ensure operational requirements are linked to capability development, action items are tracked, and matrixed team inputs are fully coordinated. Manages Technical Support, including preparation of meeting minutes, staff packages, briefings, and recurring reports. Ensures quality, timeliness, and compliance of all deliverables and maintains continuity of mission essential services under all conditions.

Minimum Position Requirements

• Must have a Bachelor's degree (Masters preferred)
• Must have an active Secret clearance, TS/SCI preferred.
• 10+ years of experience leading DoD contracts, integrating multi-disciplinary teams, and ensuring compliance with PWS deliverables.
• Must be willing to travel and be located 2-3 hours to Scott AFB, IL.
