Program/Project Manager II (MANP2) in Philadelphia, Pa

Position Overview:
Omni2Max is seeking an experienced Program/Project Manager to lead high-visibility Navy cybersecurity and control systems programs. The ideal candidate will manage multidisciplinary teams and oversee contract execution, financial oversight, and Government interface in support of Naval Sea Systems Command (NAVSEA) and Naval Surface Warfare Center Philadelphia Division (NSWCPD).

Qualifications:

• Education: BS in Engineering or Computer Science from an accredited university or 15 years of relevant experience in lieu of degree.
• Experience: At least 10 years in program or project management roles, including oversight of subcontractors and budgets.
• Preferred: Familiarity with NAVSEA, NSWCPD, and U.S. Navy fleet operations.

Travel: conus and/or oconus
