- Maintain confidentiality of employee data
- Update HR policies when needed

- Process employment visas (new/renewal/cancellation)
- Handle labour contracts in MOHRE
- Process Emirates ID applications
- Medical typing coordination
- Visa status tracking
Company Government Work
- Trade license renewals
- Establishment card updates
- MOHRE / GDRFA / ICP submissions
- Document attestation
- Government portal management
Coordination
- Liaise with typing centers and government offices
- Track expiry dates (visas, licenses, EID)
- Maintain compliance calendar
