What we’re looking for

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechatronics, Electrical, Electronics Engineering, or a related discipline
• Minimum 5 years of field experience in industrial automation
• Strong expertise in CodeSys V3 and proficiency in high-level programming languages
• Proven experience in system and project sales (design, application, commissioning)
• Knowledge of RFID, M&I, Pick-to-Light, Condition Monitoring, and Vision applications
• Fluent in English or German
• Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
• (For male candidates) no active military obligation

What you’ll do

• Lead project and solution sales including design and engineering
• Conduct regular customer visits and strengthen relationships with end-users
• Ensure Turck technologies are specified and integrated in customer projects
• Manage contracting, application, and commissioning at customer sites
• Support sales engineers by developing application-based solutions know-how
• Deliver training on automation and fieldbus systems (in-house & on-site)
• Stay ahead of the curve by following new technologies and bringing them into our portfolio
