We are looking for a reliable and organised Project Accountant to support our procurement operations. The role requires someone who can manage project accounts, communicate professionally with suppliers, and keep all pricing and documentation accurate and up to date.
Key Responsibilities:

Manage project accounts and ensure all records are accurate and updated.

Communicate directly with suppliers to request quotations, follow up on pricing, and clarify any missing information.

Organise and prepare quotations for internal review.

Prepare and issue purchase orders with full accuracy.

Track supplier submissions and ensure documents match the project requirements.

Maintain clear and organised files for all project financials, quotations, and POs.

Support the procurement team with any required coordination tasks.
Requirements:

Experience in accounting or procurement roles.

Strong communication skills with suppliers and internal teams.

High attention to detail and excellent organisational skills.

Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks at the same time.
