The Project Administrator position is responsible for assisting with many of the duties surrounding Project Management with the goal of aiding in the delivery of projects on time and on budget. This position also performs tasks that aid in the closeout of completed projects which is key to the receipt of revenue for projects once they are completed.

  • Project Folder and Maintenance
  • Project Billing
  • Generation of Schedule of Values
  • Data Submittals for Client Sign-off
  • Creation/Maintenance of Project Folder
  • Generation of Close Out Document Package
  • Project Data Entry
  • Time Sheet/Expense Report/Mileage/Credit Card Validation
  • Service Tickets
  • Incentive Commission Validation
  • Represent NCS with professionalism and integrity
  • Perform all assigned duties Safely adhering to the highest Quality standards
  • Provide the highest level of customer service with continuous communication (verbal and written)
  • Perform all functions of the position and other duties that may be assigned

Skill Requirements

  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED) and 2+ years of related experiences and/or training
  • Demonstrably sufficient knowledge of and ability to use Microsoft Office products, especially Outlook with the proven ability to learn other software as needed
  • Current, valid driver’s license
  • Authorized to work in the United
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Demonstrated problem solving
  • Submit to a pre-employment background check and drug screen
