Project Administrator
Position Overview
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive
Project Administrator
to support our Project
Managers and Superintendents in the successful execution of construction projects. This role is
critical in maintaining project flow, communication, and documentation across multiple
stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities

Provide day-to-day administrative support to Project Managers, Superintendents, and
-
Ownership
-
Assist with scheduling, permitting, inspection requests, and other project coordination
-
tasks
-
Manage and organize project documentation within
Procore
and
Google Drive
-
Develop and implement improved processes to streamline workflows and document best
-
practices
-
Coordinate with Accounting to ensure all Trade Partner documentation is current,
-
compliant, and properly filed
-
Serve as a central communication hub for architects, engineers, designers, and trade
-
partners
-
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all project communications and documents
-
Manage and update the
Project Tracker
-
Handle incoming calls for the company line and direct appropriately
Qualifications & Requirements
-
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
-
Ability to manage multiple tasks, set priorities, and meet deadlines
-
Self-motivated and task-oriented with a strong sense of accountability
-
Excellent communication and responsiveness
-
Ability to adapt in a fast-paced construction environment
-
Experience in the construction industry. 2+ yrs
-
Proficiency with Google Workspace (Drive, Sheets, Gmail); Procore experience
-
preferred
