Project Analyst

About the Role

We are looking for a proactive & detail-oriented Project Analyst to support our fire-safety & MEP project operations. The ideal candidate will assist in project coordination, documentation, procurement support & project performance tracking.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate with vendors, suppliers & internal teams for project requirements
• Manage project-related documentation and maintain accurate records
• Prepare MAR (Material Approval Request) & MIR (Material Inspection Report)
• Assist the procurement team with sourcing, follow-ups & documentation
• Track & analyze ongoing project progress, timelines & requirements
• Provide administrative & analytical support to project managers
• Ensure compliance with company standards & project protocols

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering / Management / or related field
• Strong communication & coordination skills
• Good analytical ability with attention to detail
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word)
• Ability to multitask & work in a project-driven environment
• Freshers are welcome to apply
• MEP or fire-safety project experience is an added advantage

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹240,000.00 - ₹360,000.00 per year

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Kalamassery, Kochi, Kerala: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
